Weekend Wellness: Walk and Craft invites you to engage with the natural world in a mindful and creative way. Using simple tools, and nature as your inspiration, you'll feel the benefits of getting out into the great outdoors in the beautiful surroundings of Tyland Barn Nature Park & Gardens.
During the event you will go for a gentle guided walk around the park and have the opportunity to try your hand at 'hapa zome'- creating printed designs on fabric using leaves and petals.
This event will be led by a member of Kent Wildlife Trust's Wellbeing Team and all the materials and tools you'll need will be provided. Remember we'll be outdoors, so come dressed for the weather and wear comfortable footwear for walking.
