Join Kent Wildlife Trust's Education Team this half-term for some autumnal crafting, a seasonal wildlife trail, and a gooey marshmallow round the campfire. This year, we'll be learning all about trees whilst you explore the grounds during your visit. Don't miss the chance to get wild in the great outdoors and join us for this Halloween special!
We'll provide all the materials needed for the activities, and you can take home any crafts you make.
Tyland Barn is a natural environment with unfenced ponds, so children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times. £12 tickets give admission for one child and one adult. These events are popular with accompanying adults too! To help with capacity, any additional adults attending will require their own ticket. Free spaces are available for babies and toddlers who are too young to take part in the activities . Please make sure you book a ticket for everyone attending in your group, and a £12 or £10 ticket for all children taking part with the crafts and campfire (recommended for children that are 3 years and over, but this is at your discretion).
Sessions are scheduled for 1.5 hours, but please note that the timings are approximate as everyone will approach the activities at a different pace. You may find you have finished before the suggested time or that you would like to stay a little longer. You are welcome to be onsite any time between 10am and 4pm.
Unfortunately tickets cannot be refunded within 30 days of the event. We will try our best to transfer you to a new session if needed, but cannot guarantee availability.
