Whatman Park lies at the heart of Maidstone River Park just half a mile from Maidstone Town Centre. This 18 acre site has a natural landscape of woodland and wildflower meadow with a riverstage open-air performance arena, making it perfect for events, concerts and performances.

With picturesque views and plenty of grass area for visitors to settle and watch, Whatman Park is a truly beautiful venue for holding music events. Due to it's open nature, this venue is difficult to ticket due to park access.

Site size: 7.67 hectares (76,700m2)

Access: via St Peter's Street, ME16 0GB. There is a height restriction under the railway bridge off St Peter's Street

Gate: 3.50m wide, no height restriction

Toilets: Yes. Open and closed daily but additional toilets may be required for larger scale/out of hours events

Play park: Yes. There is a skate park, adventure play area and a Jolly Roger toddler play area so it is extremely suitable for family-friendly events.

Parking: No. Pay and display parking is available locally

Electric supply: No
