Weekend Wellness: Mindful Walk and Rock Painting invites you to engage with the natural world in a mindful and creative way. Using simple tools, and nature as your inspiration, you'll feel the benefits of getting out into the great outdoors in the beautiful surroundings of Tyland Barn Nature Park & Gardens.

Join with friends, family members, or come along solo for a soothing, creative escape in nature, no experience needed at all.

Your session begins with a peaceful guided walk through the park, where you'll slow down, tune into the sights and sounds around you, and gather inspiration from the natural world. Afterwards, you'll settle in to paint your own nature‑inspired design onto a smooth stone, creating a unique keepsake to take home.

A member of Kent Wildlife Trust's Wellbeing Team will be there throughout, offering gentle guidance, encouragement, and a relaxed space to explore your creativity. All materials are provided, so you can simply arrive, breathe out, and enjoy time outdoors.

Herbal tea will be available, and there's also a café on site if you'd like get lunch after the event.
