Weekend Wellness: Mindful Walk and Hapa Zome invites you to engage with the natural world in a mindful and creative way. Using simple tools, and nature as your inspiration, you'll feel the benefits of getting out into the great outdoors in the beautiful surroundings of Tyland Barn Nature Park & Gardens.
Join with friends, family members, or come along solo for a soothing, creative escape in nature, no experience needed at all.
During the event you will go for a gentle guided walk around the reserve and have the opportunity to try your hand at leaf bashing which is also known as Hapa Zome. Create beautiful artwork out of natural plant material.
A member of Kent Wildlife Trust's Wellbeing Team will be there throughout, offering gentle guidance, encouragement, and a relaxed space to explore your creativity. All materials are provided, so you can simply arrive, breathe out, and enjoy time outdoors.
Herbal tea will be available.
