Weekend Wellness: Mindful Walk and Cyanotype Sun Prints invites you to engage with the natural world in a mindful and creative way. Using simple tools, and nature as your inspiration, you'll feel the benefits of getting out into the great outdoors in the beautiful surroundings of Tyland Barn Nature Park & Gardens.
Join with friends, family members, or come along solo for a soothing, creative escape in nature, no experience needed at all.
During the event you will go for a gentle guided walk around the reserve and have the opportunity to collect some natural items to design your sun print.
This event will be led by a member of Kent Wildlife Trust's Wellbeing Team and all the materials and tools you'll need will be provided.
