Join us on Wednesday 13 May 2026 for a varied and scenic circular walk from Hollingbourne Station, taking in riverside paths, woodland trails, sweeping countryside views — and a very special stretch through the historic grounds of Leeds Castle.
This ~14.7 km (~9.1 mile) loop includes 197 metres of total ascent spread across gently rolling hills. We'll follow the River Len, cross a picturesque weir, and pass the tucked-away St Margaret's Church, all while enjoying the tranquillity of rural Kent. The section through Leeds Castle's beautiful parkland makes this a real highlight walk.

⚠️ Important: The walk starts promptly on time. If you're running a bit behind schedule, give us a call to inform us (you'll find our number on your booking confirmation if you've booked through the website, or message Ian Henderson via MeetUp).
Friendly dogs are welcome! Please ensure they're leashed when needed, especially around fields with livestock. The owner is fully responsible for their furry friend.
Before hitting the trail, make sure to pack:
A. Suitable footwear (preferably walking boots or sturdy shoes, no flip-flops)
B. A waterproof coat (and waterproof trousers, if you have them) for rainy days
C. Drinking water and a snack
D. Personal medication (Let us know confidentially about any medical conditions)
E. Suitable walking attire

Cancellations made 4 days before the event will receive a credit note for a future walk, valid for 90 days.
