Incubator Studios

We have four studios for artists and makers who are just starting out in their creative careers. With a shorter minimum term and low-cost rent, we’ll help you get your creative practice off the ground.

You’ll get access to business support and networking events, as well as being part of the creative community here at the Hub.

When you’re ready to start showing your work, you can take advantage of preferential rates in our exhibition space.

If you want to test the market with your products, you’ll be able to take a shelf/space in our retail zone with a free 3 month trial to get you started.

Studio Rental Fees

Incubator Studios are available on a quarterly basis in your first year, then a maximum of 2 x 6 month terms.

Deposit

A returnable deposit of £50 is required and studio rents are payable monthly in advance by direct debit.

Studio rent is fully inclusive of utilities
