We have seven individual studios for artists and makers looking for space to establish or grow their practice. With a short minimum term and low-cost rent, we’ll help you get your creative practice off the ground.
You’ll get access to business support and networking events, as well as being part of the creative community here at the Hub.
When you’re ready to start showing your work, you can take advantage of preferential rates in our exhibition space.
If you want to test the market with your products, you’ll be able to take a shelf/space in our retail zone with a free 3 month trial to get you started.

Studio Rental Fees
Studios are available on a quarterly basis in your first year, and on 6 month terms thereafter. All fees are inclusive of VAT.

Deposit
A returnable deposit of £50 is required and studio rents are payable monthly in advance by direct debit.
