Located in the heart of Maidstone, the exhibition space provides an accessible platform to showcase artwork, connect with new audiences and create a professional exhibition experience.
Affordable Art Exhibition Space
Our exhibition space has approximately 35m² of wall space, providing plenty of room to display a range of artwork.
The space includes:
- Approximately 16m² of wall space fitted with a STAS hanging system
- A further 19m² of free-standing wall space
- A glass display case
- Free-standing plinths for three-dimensional artwork
The STAS hanging system uses D-rings and picture wire only. Free-standing wall space uses screw or mirror plate fixing only.
Flexible Exhibition Hire
We offer short-term exhibition hire to keep the space affordable and give visitors the opportunity to discover new artists and exhibitions throughout the year.
The minimum hire period is two weeks, with a standard maximum of six weeks.
Longer hire periods may be possible, subject to availability.
This flexible approach makes Creative Maidstone suitable for a wide range of exhibitions, from individual artist showcases to group exhibitions and displays by art societies.
Exhibition Space Hire Prices
Hire starts from £180 per week, including VAT, based on a minimum two-week booking.
If you are holding a selling exhibition, a 15% commission plus VAT applies to artwork sold during the exhibition.
