Accelerator Studios

We have three studios for artists and makers who are already established but looking for a space to grow their creative practice.

You’ll get access to business support and networking events, as well as being part of the creative community here at the Hub.

You’ll also get preferential rates if you want to showcase your work in our exhibition space and/or sell your products in the retail zone.

All of our studios and meeting rooms are named after famous artists with a connection to Maidstone. You can read more about them on the links below.

Studio Rental Fees

Accelerator Studios are available for a minimum term of 6 months, and for a maximum of 2 years.

Deposit

A returnable deposit of £50 is required and studio rents are payable monthly in advance by direct debit.

Utilities

Studio rent is fully inclusive of utilities
