Another way of supporting local businesses is to buy family tickets for attractions, which can be enjoyed for the whole year and there are also adoptions for some of the fantastic animals who live at our attractions. Kent Life - Heritage Farm Park has a wonderful group of animals to choose from in their 'Adopt an Animal Experience Scheme'. Some have been rescued and placed there as a new home by the RSPCA. It starts from £35 per animal and this goes towards their food, shelter and care.
Buttercups Sanctuary for Goats - This is the only dedicated goat sanctuary in England and it is a charity which relys totally on donations so adopting one of the big character goats offers an opportunity to support them and also to visit and have fun with your goat at one of the open days. Never ever forget to smile when you see a goat, as research shows it makes them happy.
The Big Cat Sanctuary also has some rather spectacular residents to adopt. Puma, Jaguars, Cheetah, Leopards, Lions, Lynx, Caracals and many more besides. You also get to visit them on adopters afternoons.
