Maidstone Pride Art Exhibition was a celebration of queer identity, creativity, and community, calling out to local creatives across Maidstone and Medway.
Exhibiting artists were invited to explore and express what their queerness means to them — how it shapes their lives, their relationships, and their sense of self.
This exhibition was about pride in all its forms: loud and defiant, quiet and tender, joyful, political, and deeply personal.
The Maidstone PRIDE team also held an opening event on Saturday 20 June, featuring a variety of performers including poetry, music and song.
Over 500 people visited during this exhibition.
