About

Aero Legends offer and unrivalled choice of classic vintage aeroplanes in which to learn to fly or develop your flying skills including Spitfires, a Harvard and Tiger Moths. Flights in these classic planes are also available for people who want to experience the wind in their hair, the sights and sound of the Spitfire and its Merlin engine. Taking off from the last remaining WWII grass runway in Kent brings history to life and enables you to experience some of the thrills of these amazing aircraft and brings a better understanding of the people who flew them in combat.

There are few occasions in history when we can say that the actions of a few changed the destiny, not just of a country but of the world; The Battle of Britain is one of those moments. Great Britain owes a debt of gratitude to the small number of allied pilots that protected our skies during the long summer of 1940 and Aero Legends keeps the memory and knowledge of this period alive for future generations.

Experiences at Aero Legends will remain with you for a lifetime and bring an incredible sense of time, place and understanding.
