Jubilee Square is located in the heart of Maidstone, right next to the Town Hall. Being both central and accessible, Jubilee Square is the perfect location for hosting small scale events.
It is a popular location for hosting product launches, charity fundraisers, community events and markets of all kinds. Music events can be held here but are less common due to the town centre location.
Site size: 840m2 (approx). There are several items of street furniture and monuments located within the Square which reduce the overall available space
Access: via Bank Street, High Street or Gabriels Hill. Jubilee Square, Bank Street and Gabriels Hill are pedestrianised between 10.30hrs and 17:30hrs so un/loading will need to be done outside of these times or be factored into your risk assessment.
