Harmony is proud to host The Mash Up, a monthly Friday afternoon event dedicated to spontaneous creativity and community connection. Designed as a "stress-free zone," The Mash Up offers a unique blend of live improvised music jams, open art easels with free supplies, and nostalgic gaming (including Mario Kart 64 and Giant Jenga).
With a fully stocked sober bar and a focus on inclusivity, the event aims to combat isolation and boost mental wellbeing by bringing people together to create in a relaxed, social atmosphere. Tickets are £7 for members and £10 for non-members. We invite you to share this with your networks as a space to relax, meet new people, and rediscover the joy of play. All ages, under 13s must be accompanied by an adult
