About

Set in a pretty rural location, providing a special getaway for two in the glorious Kent countryside with breathtaking views across the owner’s vineyard, making it a perfect place to kick back and relax.

Situated in the heart of a working vineyard overlooking the grapevines and offering a peaceful location in the Kent countryside, this enchanting cottage offers a rural escape from everyday life. When not exploring the many footpaths that cross the rolling countryside beyond the vineyard, guests can head into nearby Tenterden, 4 miles, and browse the wide range of independent shops or enjoy a delicious meal at the village pub nearby. For those keen to sample the delights of English wines there are several other vineyards nearby making this a perfect base to explore those and other delightful attractions. With the Kent and East Sussex coastline just a short drive away, there is plenty to do and see in this spectacular pocket of the South East.

Enter this charming cottage that is attached to the owner’s main house into the cosy lounge/diner with a comfy sofa on which to curl up. Watch your favourite programmes on the Smart TV after a busy day exploring the local area or enjoy a romantic meal at the dining table with seating for two. The compact kitchen offers everything you will need for whipping up delicious meals including an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge with ice compartment, and coffee machine. The ground floor is completed with a shower room with a shower and WC. The mezzanine bedroom which is located in the eaves of the property is accessed via a ladder from the lounge/diner up into a comfortable sleeping area with a king-size bed frame with reading light, power sockets, shelf storage and small window with a blackout blind.

Heading outside, steps lead up to a secluded garden with a wood-fired hot tub, patio table and chairs, charcoal BBQ and two sun loungers. Relax after a busy day and enjoy watching the sunset over the vineyard with a glass of red.
