About

Maidstone Museum is home to more than 600,000 artefacts and specimens, making it one of the best and largest collections in the South East outside of London. This monthly event invites you to see behind the scenes of Maidstone Museum and discover the hidden objects in their amazing collections. On this guided tour, you will be taken back in time through a maze of exquisite historic pieces of local and international heritage, normally hidden from public viewing.

Road Directions

From the M20 junction 6 or 7, head towards the town centre and Maidstone East Station. Follow the brown heritage signs. 

The nearest car park is Fremlin Walk multi-storey car park, opposite the Museum. Parking fees apply.
