Urban Soul Orchestra seamlessly integrate the two worlds of classical and house music. They have worked for over 25 years alongside many dance music greats, including Nightmares On Wax, Groove Armada, Ultra Naté, Octave One, Full Intention, Soul II Soul, Robert Miles, Sonique and Spiller.
Sonique
Sonia Clarke, better known by her stage name Sonique, is a British singer, musician and DJ. She is best known for her 2000 international hit single "It Feels So Good". She was the lead vocalist on two S'Express singles, and the majority of the tracks on the group's second album, Intercourse. She won the 2001 BRIT Award for British female solo artist.
Brandon Block
Brandon’s incredible career started in 1985 at his local boozer in Harrow, before the emergence of Acid House in the late 80s brought numerous gigs at super clubs including Ministry of Sound, Turnmills and Miss Moneypenny’s and several appearances on BBC Radio 1’s Essential Mix. Brandon cemented his ‘superstar DJ’ status alongside Alex P on the legendary terrace at Space, Ibiza in the 90s.
Anton Powers
Kiss FM Radio DJ, best known for his 2015 song "Alone No More" (a collaboration with DJ Philip George) and his 2017 song "Baby" (feat. Pixie Lott). He is also a founder of the remix group Cahill.
Goldie Rocks
Goldierocks (AKA Sam Povey-Hall) accompanies USO on the decks for the “San Miguel Sundowner” and “Dance” sets and takes centre stage for her very own “House DJ Set”. She has played exclusively for Madonna, Giorgio Armani, Richard Branson and Jade Jagger.
