EVENT SAFETY MEASURES

We appreciate that some of you may be feeling apprehensive about attending a mass gathering again after such a long time, but we want to assure you that we’re working tirelessly to ensure that the safety of all customers and staff is of paramount importance.

We will still have control measures in place to help minimise the risk of transmission of COVID-19 at the event. One of these controls is requesting that all customers (including fully vaccinated customers) and staff take a Lateral Flow Test within 24 hours prior to arriving on site. The test results will need to be uploading to their COVID Pass app, which can be downloaded here: https://www.nhs.uk/condi.../coronavirus-covid-19/covid-pass/.

Anyone that tests positive should not attend the event, isolate immediately, and book a PCR test.

The other measures will include:

All staff wearing face coverings;

Extra hand sanitiser situated around site;

Regular cleaning of all staff and customer areas, paying particular attention to hand contact points;

 

Any indoor areas of the event will be well ventilated.

 

We have also doubled the size of the event site, making it easy for you to socially distance once you’re inside, should you wish to.
