About

Over the last nine centuries countless alterations and modernisations have been made to the Grade I listed Castle by generations of previous owners. Discover what happened in 1660 to cause half of the Castle to fall into the moat and what a medieval toilet in Henry VIII's time would have looked like!

Capacity of 12 people, outdoor walking tour, not suitable for those with walking difficulties. Meet at the Castle Gatehouse at 11am. Tour will last one hour
