About

Ascend to the top of the Observatory with costumed guides!  Find out how the telescope once there was used, hear stories of the people who lived at the time, and look out across the town from the heights of Victorian ingenuity.

We’re really sorry, but this event is not accessible to those less able as the 43 stairs in this historic building are steep, winding and narrow.

Tours at 10am, 10.30, 11am, 11.30am, 12pm.  Then 1pm, 1.30pm, 2pm, 2.30pm & 3pm.

Maximum of 6 people per session
