About

Teachers and Triangle Girls: Novels of WWI Women built from true stories found in the Kent Archive

Join archivist Mark Bateson as he explores the role of the Kent Archives and introduces local author Janys Thornton. Janys will talk about how the everyday accounts recorded in the Kent Archive's school logbooks and other records helped build a picture of the everyday lives of women in World War I on the Isle of Sheppey.

This workshop includes a tour of the archives.
