Maidstone LitFest – Ticket Terms and conditions (in addition to the Maidstone Borough Council - Beyonk Terms and Conditions)
- Can I get a refund on my tickets?
We do not offer refunds unless a show is cancelled. Tickets can be transferred to another person in your place. Please note on all bookings for children’s events that you are aware of the suitable age range and parental responsibilities.
- What age can children attend unaccompanied?
Children of 13 years or older can attend our events unaccompanied. However, we do not take responsibility of that young person. Children under 13 years need to be accompanied by an adult.
At the time of booking, please do email us with any accessibility needs you may have. We have tried to make our venues as accessible as possible, but one venue is a historic building, so we need to know in advance how to make your visit as enjoyable as possible. Our staff and volunteers will aim to help you as much as possible on the day. Unfortunately, we do not have a hearing loop system in place for our events this year. Email: info@maidstonelitfest.org
- Children with additional needs:
Please email us with any needs your child may have and how we can accommodate them at the events to ensure they can enjoy their visit: info@maidstonelitfest.org
