At Oakwood House we appreciate the importance of delivering a seamless business meeting. That is why we offer a bespoke solution to suit individual needs, from the room and setting to food and beverage and any equipment that you will need for your event.

We have a wide range of conference rooms available. Our largest room can accommodate up to 300 delegates and makes an ideal venue for corporate events, whilst the smaller rooms are suitable for numbers between 4 and up to 60 delegates. Clients also have full access to the landscaped gardens, with the west lawn being the perfect setting for al fresco hospitality or team building activities.

A full range of audio visual equipment is available on site. In addition, we are able to provide bespoke solutions and full production support if required. We offer free broadband WiFi access throughout the building and externally on the patio area, allowing visitors and guests to stay in touch whilst they are out of the office.

The Courtyard bar and restaurant is available for a pre-meeting coffee with handmade cakes and biscuits. Alternatively, why not relax after your event with a cold beer or glass of wine chosen from our extensive list.

We strive to provide the very best in service and standards and will ensure that your training event, meeting or conference runs smoothly. An experienced conference organiser will be available to you from your initial booking, through to being on hand to assist you throughout the day.
