Begin the day at the Maidstone Museum & Bentlif Art Gallery – the life-size dinosaurs and fossils in the Earth Heritage Gallery will keep the kids fascinated, as will the Egyptian Mummy!  

Visit the nearby Maidstone Millennium River Park – in Whatman Park, adventure play areas, treetop trails, nature reserves and a skateboard park will keep kids of all ages entertained.  

From here take a river boat trip to Kent Life at Allington. Take a picnic or have a light lunch at the  tearooms before exploring the 28 acres of fun which gives you and your family the opportunity to pain a pot, take a ride on the junior electric quad bike, or take in the pigelet Football.
